Sandi+Jason Ocotillo, California Elopement It all starts in the desert. A place of fond memories and adventures. Sandi’s family grew up very poor. Their vacations consisted of nights at their grandpa’s home in Ocotillo, California. A tiny town on the outskirts of a windmill farm with a handful of neighbors, no stores, one bar, and […]

  • laura - Hello, we are looking for a fabulous photographer to capture our intimate ceremony. We would like to have it in mid Oct 2017 during the week for more privacy and are flexible with the dates. We are slightly still undecided on location. We love Joshua Tree but we also love Palomar Mountain. We are only inviting immediate family and a few best of friends and are assuming not everyone will come. There will be no frills, we just want our day to be commemorated with what is most important to us. Our love and our promise to each other.
Jeff and I met almost 2.5 years ago after both of us going through very difficult divorces. We both had children, walls around our hearts and had given up on the idea of unconditional and passionate love. When we met in a coffee house on our first date we both felt something special but both had to fight through our old patterns and fears from being hurt so badly. The past few years have been an adventure beyond what either of us could have ever dreamt of. We feel so fortunate to have been given this chance to experience what love is really about. The truth is we actually got married in Palomar on Feb 8, 2017 because we didn’t want to wait any longer. It has been our secret for months that only strengthen our bond but has been very difficult to keep as we love each other so much. It seems as though there is never a perfect time for anything when kids are involved. Not enough time, not enough money, not the right weather… But we are ready. We have decided keep everything simple. We want a quiet ceremony (in nature of course), to involve the kids, to exchange our rings and to share our vows. We are hoping to find a photographer who can capture just how special this moment truly is.
We hope to hear from you soon,
